The Transfer program has been updated with the following requested enhancements:

The default sort order has been changed to Sale Date Descending so the latest transfers appear at the top of the list (browser).

A sales Ratio field has been added to the screen.  The sales ratio will be in red if the ration is less than .49 or greater than 1.65.  The sales ration will not appear if it can not be calculated correctly due to missing value amounts.  We only found end of Year values back to 1991 so transfers prior to that date will not show the ratio.

The Doc Fee field has been modified to default to zero on add of a new record.

A comment field has been added to the transfers.  If you wish to have your ACS Transfer Comments loaded into the new system you will need to send us an ACS report of Transfer Comments in electronic format so that we can load them into the new system.

The Transfer program has been modified to allow entering the Sale Amount directly instead of having to use the Doc Fee field.

The Zip Code/City table has been modified to allow entering the same city name multiple times with different zip codes.  This will also allow for entering zip codes for county locations that are not within a city by having zip code entries in the ZiP Code table with a blank City field.

I updated the street table for all counties in the San Luis Valley using data from the latest GIS table provided by Pete Magee, thanks Pete.

I then created new Zip Code table entries for each county to accommodate the new zip code city combinations that are now available.

Hopefully this will help resolve some of the location record problems that we have been experiencing.

All of the $10.00 rounding has been removed from the Shared Services Appraisal System.  Please let us know if you encounter any programs that still seem to be using the $10.00 round.

Use Code/Abstract Code validation and right-click lookups have been added to the Full Parcel Edit Real-Estate (Land and Improvement sections) and Personal Property Edit - Value Lines.  You will have to enter a valid use code, or choose it from the right-click lookup to proceed.

A new feature has been added to the Assessor system to allow using the data from the ACS Land Code table to recalculate Land Lines.  This feature allows you to assign Land Codes to each parcel.  You can then assign a Price per Unit to the Land Code table and recalculate the value for every parcel that has the Land Code assigned to it.

I will be uploading an instructional document that explains this new feature within the next day or so.
